It was built by Jahangir’s son in 1637. After the death of Mughal Emperor Jehangir, he was first buried in Dilkusha Garden however his child moved it near Shahdra. Wazir Khan Masjid (Mosque) is a lovely well known place for its tile work. This masjid was built in 1634 and it was built by Wazir Khan. This mosque was made with conventional Mughal botanical plan and their material is tile-like block. It’s having incredible works of art inside and outside of majid, there tower is around 100 feet tall. There are pigeons flying over the Masjid Wazir Khan which gives an extraordinary wonderful look.
